Well, fifteen cheerleaders (the entire team) spent the weekend out here at the ranch 'camping'...and for some reason (duh) my Grandson's didn't seem to want to go too far from the ranch all weekend. Both Tom and Jon managed to get up close and personal with the girls...quite a few times...during the event. I guess it was the intrigue and 'drama' that attracted them like bees to honey?

Once in awhile, a few of them would show up at the homestead...so I got some of the scoop as I took a small breather from my 'cave' up here.

I have so much to tell you, and so little time...I am going to spill my guts later, but wanted to share a tad of what is happening here...and BY THE WAY...all of my Grandkids have Jobs! Jon and Tom are working at Fred Meyers now! Congratulations! It's a Union Grocery Store so they were told that they didn't have to join the Union, but they couldn't work at Fred Meyers if they didn't......and Jordan has a full time 'outdoor' jobs for a Parks and Recreation Program project in Toledo, so she paints and fills tires and clears brush etc. etc.

SATURDAY...Hogfather's Smokin' Pig...is expecting quite a fewguinea pigs to come for a 'free lunch' so we can shake some publicity out of them, so Tom and Jon will be working for 'their own lunches' with us...while Jordan washes cars all day to raise funds to pay for her Cheerleading Camp, Uniforms and Stuff...BUT

Come SUNDAY...I'm treating them all to the County Fair and Rodeo...because they have been 'being good' and helping us a lot,and it's been two years since I've gone myself...and,

I want to see how Princess, Cheerleader, Drama Queen, Dancer, Western Cowgirl

"EMILY"

performs at the Rodeo!

WE ALL need a day away from WORKING LIKE MANIACS!

SUNDAY would be the day...then back at it again!
